These terms cover TakeBrief, operated by BIRIM AJANS YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI. Contact aydin@birimajans.com. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms. For iOS, Apple's standard licensed application agreement also applies.
The service
TakeBrief provides AI-assisted original scripts and filming plans, local editing and teleprompter recording. AI can make mistakes. Check facts, product claims, permissions and practical safety before filming or publishing. TakeBrief does not guarantee originality against every existing work, legal clearance, advertising acceptance, views, conversions or earnings.
Submit only content you own or are permitted to process, including permission for people appearing or speaking in a submitted video. Do not use TakeBrief for unlawful content, exploitation, impersonation or deceptive claims. References are material for an original structure, not permission to copy another creator's words or identity.
Free and paid access
Downloading is free. A service identity includes three completed AI briefs in total. Local editing, the teleprompter and recording/export do not require a subscription. Completed, validated AI results consume a brief credit; failed attempts return the reserved credit. Repeated requests for the same ongoing job are not charged twice.
TakeBrief Pro offers monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Both include 30 completed AI briefs per UTC calendar month. Credits reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and do not roll over. A billing renewal date may differ from that calendar reset. Annual billing includes this monthly allowance, not an unlimited or one-time 360-credit balance.
The purchase screen shows the actual localized store price, total billing period and included allowance before you confirm. An annual price is charged as one yearly amount. Payment is charged by your app store after confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel under the store's terms; manage cancellation through the store account used for purchase. Uninstalling the app or deleting TakeBrief data does not cancel billing. Refund requests follow the store's process and applicable rights.
Restore purchases uses the same store account and verifies current access online. Restoring access does not recover deleted local scripts or recordings. Store entitlements do not transfer automatically between Apple and Google accounts. Removing or transferring a subscription may end access on another installation according to the configured store/RevenueCat rules.
Availability and limits
AI processing requires an internet connection and can be temporarily unavailable. Uploaded references are limited to 90 seconds and 50 MiB. The app analyzes sampled frames and available transcription, not continuous motion. A pasted social URL alone is not watched or downloaded. We may enforce reasonable security and request limits. An unavailable or rejected attempt does not consume a completed-brief credit.
Your library is stored locally. Export recordings and scripts you want to retain. The service's short-lived job recovery is not a backup or cloud-sync promise. You are responsible for content you choose to publish or share.
Questions and changes
Report inaccurate or unsafe results through the result's Report option or support. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or this page. Our privacy policy describes data handling.
